MNH ~ Error / Perforation Shift, Miniature Sheet !

The perforation of the first stamp (top left-hand corner) has shifted approx 4 mm to the top and 3mm to the left, as a result of which:

- The Y in the word "LIBRARY" is cut-off,

- The perforation cuts through the year 2009 and the stamp denomination,

- Due to the perf. shift upwards, the name "INDIA" is missing.

Please see the ALL the pictures carefully.

The normal MS has been shown for comparison with the ERROR MS, and will be included as a Free Gift !
