In 2012, the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO), celebrates the centenary of its foundation.

This association is everyday for safeguarding biodiversity from its mission to protect birds.

Four birds are placed particular highlight the block of stamps in their respective ecosystems including puffins which LPO has its emblem.
